Residential foundation inner protective material "FB Protect"
"FB Protect" is a protective material for the interior of residential foundations, developed by Takeya Chemical Research Institute, consisting of a two-component, pre-mixed micro-elastic polymer cement mortar.
By carrying out the work immediately after removing the formwork, it helps to sustain the hydration reaction, resulting in denser concrete. It prevents rusting of the rebar to suppress the neutralization of concrete and inhibits concrete delamination and cracking.
